Hi! I’m Kristen Hebenton. I’m a female business owner: CORE Fitness + Yoga and I opened in 2018. I survived the pandemic (which, people…OMG!) but prior to that I was a Nike Trainer for 15 years, a fitness industry presenter, video presenter (yes i did fitness videos) industry instructor trainer (I was the trainer that presented the workshops instructors attended to get certified) and program developer for an international company that licensed my programs to clubs all over the globe. I know…that’s a lot of blah blah. But what it really means is that I have a resume that doesn’t compare to most trainers & instructors, especially in our area of Sandy, Or! There’s a lot of options. But NONE LIKE CORE FITNESS + YOGA. Experience, knowledge & education. (Yeah, my degree is in physical therapy) You simply won’t find this anywhere else.
