Just a reminder in case of inclement weather. ❄️ The studio policy is if schools are closed, we follow suit. This site is the best place for updates, Mindbody is as well. If you’re booked into a class you’ll receive an email and usually a text as well letting you know the status of your class & the studio. Happy Winter!!🥶

If improving mental health is a goal for you in 2026, this is the class for you. It’s also the class if you can’t bend over and touch the floor, have chronic back pain, make involuntary sounds standing up, have difficulty looking in all directions while driving. Don’t worry. No judgements, just understanding. Classes offered Monday - Friday at various times.
