About Us

First Choice Home Care began serving our community by offering at home medical care for children and adults in December 1998. The agency was started and is owned and operated by Sandra Bridges, RN.

First Choice Home Care has two locations: 506 Carthage Street, Sanford and 1754 E. 11th St, Suite B in Siler City.

​We are proud to serve Lee, Chatham, Wake, Harnett, Cumberland, Moore, Randolph, Guilford, Alamance, Orange, and Durham counties since 1998. Our hourly home-care services range from personal care services to private duty nursing for pediatric and adult patients.

​At First Choice Home Care, we employ a highly skilled professional staff of nurses and certified nurse aides. A program of care is customized for each person we serve by registered nurses. We screen all employees by conducting professional and criminal background checks. Continuing education, in-house training and testing are routine for First Choice Staff. We want only the BEST in our home and yours.
