I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to share that I am currently on maternity leave, as my husband and I welcomed our son, Rio, into the world on 15 November 2024. I will be taking time off to focus on family and plan to return to practice in early December, 2025.

I have begun scheduling appointments but will likely need to move bookings as my father passed away unexpectedly this past week. Despite the circumstances, I will do my best to accommodate each request but please note that bookings will be limited as my family and I are going through a very difficult time.

I believe exercise is medicine.

Hola mis queridos amigos,

I have some news to share. As you know, I had announced my location in Fayetteville and I was very excited to get things moving to the new studio. To summarize everything, "this" wasn't the outcome I expected. Whether I know the reason or not, the universe decided to put a stop to it.

While I have not opened a new location, it is not the end of my career. I am not looking to move my practice back to the salon or look for another venue in Sanford, Fayetteville, or anywhere for that matter. Yes, I will still practice massage for the time being, but not have a set location. You are welcome to call or text and schedule a massage at the convenience of your own home (price will reflect on location). You can even call to say hello. My door always open to everyone.

I do have exciting courses coming up because I STILL want to practice massage therapy. Maybe this was a sign that I need to slow down and really enjoy quality time with loved ones, or maybe even do more traveling (I recently traveled to Europe last month and visited four countries. It was loads of fun!), or spend more time in nature.

No matter the obstacles, life continues. Keep thriving. Also, let's remember that we have a life to live, and life is not always about work. Let's remember to breathe and enjoy those little moments with our loved ones.
