Lets talk maintenance and profile balancing ✨

✅ Maintenance: This beauty has been with me for the last 4 years and flew in from NY for her ‘maintenance filler’ and was thinking more lippies. After looking at pics and volumes over the last 4 years, I told her she’s perfectly balanced and more lips would start to really distort her natural shape and could leave her with the dreaded ‘sausage lip’ with an increase risk of migration. I’m SO happy she listened to me and we ended up chalking up her visit to a fun catch up session instead (even though she flew all the way from NY) 🐝 we will always be honest with you if we don’t think you need something.

✅ Facial balancing: just LOOK at how much better her nose fits her face now that we have done her chin 🤩 her upper lip used to project out a good amount, and now with lower lip filler and chin, she’s in alignment.

Meet Jessenia Gillian, APRN, one of the newest injectors in our Nectar hive and someone we are so excited for you to experience 🐝✨

Jessenia is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in emergency medicine. Before stepping into her role as an injector, she spent more than a year training closely with our founder, Karli, gaining hands-on experience in aesthetic techniques, treatment protocols, and the art of truly personalized patient care. 💉

Known for her warmth, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail, Jessenia believes aesthetic medicine is more than skin deep! It’s about helping patients feel confident, empowered and authentically themselves. 💛

Our Story

I started Elite Esthetics Facial Spa with my Licensed Medical Aesthetician Degree in a small salon suite in Heathrow 4 years ago. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University as a Physician Assistant with my MMS degree in September 2017, and expanded from my small suite rental at Porte Noire in Heathrow, to a 2,170 square foot 2 floor facility in Sanford. I changed the name from Elite Esthetics Facial Spa to Fountain of Youth Medical Spa and have grown my service menu to be more diverse and comprehensive. Where most aesthetic services are one dimensional, whether they are either corrective or therapeutic, we believe in providing luxurious spa experiences in combination with truly corrective results.

I am Karli Plunkett, the owner, PA-C aesthetic injector, hormone specialist, and LME skincare specialist. I offer services that range from relaxing skincare treatments, to medium-depth chemical peels, as well as injection procedures like Neurotoxin (Botox, Xeomin) and Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse, and Belotero). I have become very passionate about helping my patients achieve their health goals, optimize their hormones, and improve their quality of life.

Fountain of Youth Medical and Wellness Spa is a satellite office of Celestino Santi D.O., and he offers a multitude of services including INVITRIX Stem Cell Therapies for a multitude of health concerns including joint regeneration.
