Chris is a Sanford local with 17 years of massage therapy experience. He brings a deep, clinical skill set that’s been built through years of hands-on work — including time spent working directly alongside chiropractors to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and correct muscular dysfunctions.

Specializing in neuromuscular therapy, Chris has a strong understanding of how the body functions (and malfunctions), and he’s got the experience to back it up. Whether you’re dealing with postural issues, nerve entrapments, or that one shoulder that’s been mad at you since 2015 — you’ll be in great hands.

🕖 We’re now offering extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays until 7 p.m. to give you more flexibility to book with Chris. After-work appointments just got easier.
