Our weekly Reiki Lunch Bunch has evolved into a monthly Sacred Midday Reset.

This offering was created to better support nervous-system regulation and to meet people where they are—without pressure, commitment, or expectation.

Sacred Midday Reset is a drop-in experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset in the middle of the day through gentle energy support, sound, and stillness.

No discussion. No sharing. No fixing. Only an invitation- a quiet space to arrive and receive.
