Cervical cancer is most treatable when caught early, but early stages often have no symptoms. Routine Pap tests, HPV testing, and the HPV vaccine can significantly lower your risk.

If you’re unsure when your last screening was, now is a great time to check in with your provider and stay up to date.

January is Mental Wellness Month, a reminder that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Your primary care provider is often the first step in getting support, whether you need someone to talk to, have questions about symptoms or want help finding the right resources. You don’t have to navigate your mental health alone. We’re here to care for you. We're specializing in you.
