Open Enrollment is here! Now through January 15th, the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace is hosting it's annual Open Enrollment period. During this time, individuals will be able to enroll and/or renew their affordable health insurance.

True Health counts with a team of financial navigators who specialize in providing comprehensive enrollment assistance. Our team will be providing in-person and telephonic assistance to all individuals interested in obtaining further information.

Closure Notice: On Friday, December 5th, all True Health locations will be closed for a staff meeting.

- True Health Harvest Time will re-open on December 5th from 2PM - 6 PM

- True Health Lake Underhill will re-open on December 6th from 8 AM - 6 PM

- All remaining True Health locations will re-open during their normal business hours on Monday, December 8th.

If you have an immediate need such as medication refills, please contact us during normal business hours before December 5th. In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1.

December 1st is World Aids Day, a day to raise awareness about HIV prevention, support those affected by HIV, and remember those who have lost their lives to an HIV-related illness. The only way to know if you have HIV is to get tested.

True Health is here to help prevent, diagnose, and treat HIV. Call 407-322-8645 or log-in to your MyChart patient portal to make an appointment to speak with provider about services available to you, including primary care, STD screenings, behavioral health, and PrEP treatment.

In recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday, please note the following closure and reopening dates of True Health sites:

True Health Airport will be closed on Wednesday, November 26th.

All other True Health sites will close early on Wednesday, November 26th, at 5PM.

All sites will remain closed on Thursday, Nov. 27th and Friday, Nov. 28th.

We will reopen Monday, December 1st for normal business hours.

*Harvest Time will reopen Saturday, November 29th.

True Health is grateful to have been selected as a participant in the Light the World Giving Machine program, and last week our team had the opportunity to attend the grand opening at the Altamonte Mall!

The unique vending machines, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, offer donors the opportunity to purchase in-demand donation items on behalf of those in need locally and globally. Some of the items you can find in the machines that will support True Health patients include: a new baby bundle, new shoes, a doctor's visit, speciality care, and baby safety items.

The Giving Machines are now open! Visit them on the second floor of the Altamonte Mall in front of Dillard’s through December 14. Your contribution helps support the vital work True Health does and directly impacts the patients we serve.
