Join Mike, our resident Rolfer, for a guided hike + moving meditation at Jordan Lake’s New Hope Overlook Trail.

This 5.7-mile hike blends nature, movement, and mindfulness to help you:

Why Rolfing™ Structural Integration?

Rolfing Structural Integration™ took all my years of differing experiences and aligned my focus to view our bodies as a whole, functional system. This practice fills in the gaps traditional healthcare leaves out. Clients leave with a more in depth knowledge of their bodies and how they move in them. They usually feel pain relief the first session. I am always amazed at the changes happening on my table; alleviation of pain, increased range of motion, feeling lighter and longer, and moving with ease and grace. The very concept of Integration is to allow your body to feel and move with freedom and ease. Rolfing creates the structural resilience your body needs to heal itself.

Rolfing is for every body. Clients may be active; either doing yoga, frequent the gym, or active duty. Are you not in shape? No matter! Those with less physical activities will still benefit from the work and typically report the most change. Sessions are up to 90 minutes. A Rolfing 10-Series is 10 sessions designed to address different levels of the body. There is no endless treatment plans such as chiropractic, and there is no 1 size fits all solution such as physical therapy. Every session is designed with the individual in mind and no 2 sessions are alike, as are no 2 clients.
