With WIC, you can get benefits to support you and your little one’s health, such as nutritious foods, healthcare referrals, breastfeeding support, and more! WIC is available to those who are pregnant, postpartum (up to 6 months after the end of a pregnancy), or breastfeeding (up to the infant’s first birthday), plus infants and children under age 5.

🎨 Make paper chains or paper crafts like snowflakes using construction paper or printer paper.

The York County Community Action Corporation Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program serves pregnant women, infants, and children from birth to age 5. WIC offers one-on-one health and nutrition counseling and breastfeeding support. WIC also helps parents and foster parents pay for nutritious food and formula, if breastfeeding is not an option. Nutrition professionals monitor weight, immunizations, and dietary needs to achieve optimal health.
