✨🦷Dental Health Tip of the Week🦷✨

When you see that the bristles of your child’s toothbrush are frayed, your child may be brushing with too much force which can cause enamel erosion. You should replace the toothbrush as the frayed bristles do not clean the teeth effectively. After replacing, try showing your child to brush more gently with small, circular motions.

✨🦷 Dental Health Tip of the Week 🦷✨

Most kids will want to brush and floss by themselves at a certain point. It's important that even if you do let them start brushing on their own that you do take over at the end to make sure they did a thorough job. Most children don't have the manual dexterity to do it on their own until they are about 7 years old.
