Particulate Type Microgel Adjuvant SDA 701 Series
It is a long established fact that low molecular polyacrylamide can be emulsified with trace amount of microemulsion with proper pH value and salt concentration to particulate polymer adjuvant of 200 nm in size, and is companioned by 30 nm O/W droplets, to result strong microdiffusion and antigen presentation as well as antigen deposit and slow release. Vaccines, particularly mycoplasma, bacteria, and combined antigens from particulate polymer adjuvants in large animals show strong Th1/Th2 immune response without any side effect.
Discover how low molecular polyacrylamide enhances vaccine efficacy with microemulsion for strong immune response in large animals.
