Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (Plasmapheresis)

At Celly Mobile Dialysis, we provide Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, an advanced apheresis treatment used to remove and replace a patient’s plasma.

This procedure helps clear harmful substances such as antibodies, immune complexes, or abnormal proteins from the bloodstream and is used to treat a range of immune and neurologic conditions.

Every treatment is delivered by highly trained clinicians with the same focus that defines all of our services—safety, precision, and compassionate care for every patient, every time.

At Celly Mobile Dialysis, we understand that children need care that is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate.

Red Blood Cell Exchange (RBCX) is a specialized therapy that removes a child’s abnormal red blood cells and replaces them with healthy donor cells—often used for sickle cell disease to reduce complications and support better oxygen delivery.

Because kids have unique clinical needs, every treatment is carefully tailored and closely monitored for safety and comfort. Our teams bring the same quality-focused, patient-centered approach to our youngest patients as we do to every person we serve.

We’re honored to share a new chapter in our story: Mobil Dialysis is joining Celly Health's diverse medical group and will launch as Celly Mobile Dialysis.

For more than 40 years, Mobil Dialysis has brought compassionate, expert dialysis care to patients when and where they need it most. This partnership strengthens that promise. With Celly Health, we’ll expand services across multiple states and advance innovative, patient-centered models that support people with kidney disease at every stage of their journey.

To our hospital partners, physicians, and care teams—thank you for trusting us with your patients. Your collaboration helps us reduce barriers to care, ease care transitions, and improve outcomes for the communities we serve.

Together, we’ll continue to adapt, innovate, and scale solutions that meet rising demand while preserving the human touch at the bedside.
