On July 22, 2022 we petitioned the FDA to enforce federal laws in pet food.
The FDA allows “diseased animals and animals that have died otherwise than by slaughter” into pet food without disclosure to consumers. Federal law prohibits this inferior quality of ingredients on multiple levels; our petition quoted those laws.... they have yet to receive an answer.
