The importance of Energy Management versus Grounding.
These are 2 very different things, especially when it comes to our health, all the way to our intuition.
So often people can get stuck in a state of some type of lower or negative emotion like stress, chaos, worry, being scattered, insecure, frustrated, anxious, unsure, ADHD, angry, etc & they just learn to ignore it & push through it. This is an unmanaged energy state. This affects other people around us & our pets. These emotional states are our body's way of telling us there's something unsettled & needing attention. That's where "doing the work" is required.
When it comes to grounding (bare feet on the earth), this helps with inflammation & providing the body with earth energy that the body needs to heal & become more in balance... but we can practice grounding all day & not even be able to achieve a grounded state with all the "junk" in the way that needs to be addressed in order to do so.
