I know this year has been hard on many. Hay is hard to come by. There is not enough grass. Many people don’t want to send their animals to a killpen so they need an alternative option. We may be just what you need.

They might be thin and in rough shape, but we don’t mind. We will help your horses to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, we can’t take them all so we prefer to take them in directly from the source instead of taking them from someone who is already trying to help.

This is our newest rescue, Nevaeh. She gained 100lbs in just a month! She has more weight to gain but will look for a loving family. It’s not about punishing the owner, it’s about helping the animals! We are open to all livestock as well as exotics! Please pm!

I’m offering an equine leadership group for teenage girls. This will It will not be focused on riding but rather confidence building. It will be very hands on with the horses, creating a bond and learning how to communicate and be confident.
- The second and fourth Saturday of the month 10-11
-$25 per class or $45 for the month (if you need financial assistance please let me know)

A while back about volunteers to help groom the rescue horses. I had someone come out but she decided it was too far for her. Prefer a SAHM who can come in the mornings 1-2x a week. I have a 2 and 3 yo so your little kids are welcome to come out! All of my volunteers have turned into great friend and we often end up going to hang out with the exotics, the occasional trail ride, hosting ladies nights, etc. It’s not paid but you walk away with some really cool experiences! At Nine Spur, our mission is simple: give children the chance to be kids: active, outdoors, and hands-on with animals.
