We’ve had such a wonderful time celebrating Town & Country’s 50th anniversary this year! The festivities culminated in a beautiful ceremony, reception, and candlelight dinner honoring our history and those who made it possible.

Grace Gardens at Town & Country is a 3,000 sq. ft. memory care garden, one of the largest in Orange County. With flowers, edible plantings, raised gardens and a potting shed, residents enjoy gardening, walking paths, hobbies and family visits in a welcoming space.

We are deeply grateful to the Samueli Foundation’s inaugural Breakaway Fund for awarding Town & Country a grant of $90,955 to purchase a new ADA-accessible van for our project, Mobilizing Compassion—Accessible Rides to Hope, Healing & Connection.

With more than 1,000 applications submitted by Orange County nonprofits, Town & Country is honored to be among the 138 organizations selected. This gift will make it possible for us to provide safe, accessible transportation that connects residents and neighbors to essential appointments, programs, and community life.
