In our day long training & certification program, you'll gain practical skills to recognize potential threats, trust your instincts, and understand when to act or disengage through our SMART BET Method. Through a combination of situational awareness, real-world safety strategies, and hands-on practice, this experience helps you feel more grounded in your body and more prepared for the unexpected.
