Welcome to See 20/20 Optometry in Santa Ana, where the one-on-one attention we give each patient sets us apart from others in the field. Since 1999, we have been serving the Costa Mesa community with the highest level of eye care. Your eye health is of great importance to us. We provide comprehensive eye exams, LASIK, and screening for glaucoma and cataracts. We also specialize in difficult lens fits (i.e. keratoconus, post-lasik), orthokeratology, sports and safety glasses, and low vision devices. At See 20/20 Optometry, we are more than happy to support all of our patients, from young children to seasoned adults, and to make sure that our patients are treated like family. From the time you walk through our doors until your visit is over, our dedicated staff will help you with all of your eyecare needs including choosing the correct frames and lenses to suit your eyeglasses needs. We are thrilled to spotlight Dr. Kathy Hoang in our team! Starting in May, she will be seeing patients on Saturdays to help you see your best! She has been an invaluable associate of Dr. Choi’s. Whether you’re due for an eye exam, need a new prescription, or just want to check in on your eye health, you’re in great hands.

Dr. Hoang received her Bachelor’s degree at California State University of Long Beach and graduated with a Bachelors in Science-Biology. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She has additional clinical training in primary eyecare, specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses, orthokeratology and myopia control, neuro-optometric rehabilitation (vision therapy), and ocular disease. At John Wesley Community Health (JWCH) Institute in Los Angeles, she gained a tremendous amount of experience in treating and managing diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and corneal pathologies.

Dr. Hoang’s mission is to connect, communicate, and work collaboratively with each of her patients to offer the highest quality and personalized eye care possible. She finds joy and satisfaction in serving the visual needs of the community and is proficient in the newest procedures to bring state-of-the-art care to her patients.
