Pacific Islander Health Partnership, founded in 2003, is a 501(c) (3) exempt organization serving the Pacific Islander communities to reduce health disparities and promotes living in good health and well being. Pacific Islander Health Partnership’s mission is to serve indigenous Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders to educate, advocate, train leaders and build community capacity for health for islanders to reduce health disparities in cancer, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and other chronic illnesses with special programs for island seniors and youth.
*We also provide services to those outside of the Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander communities.
