Trying to photograph and list furniture for an upcoming downsizing sale like… 🐾📸

Hi, I’m Kelsey from SB SOS, and this is a very real behind-the-scenes moment of our estate sale prep. While I’m working to capture clean, clear photos so we can properly market each piece, my feline “assistant” called Sysco, has decided this particular piece of furniture is his forever home.

The truth? Downsizing and estate sales take patience, strategy, and sometimes a little flexibility (especially when pets are involved 😅). From sorting and staging to pricing and listing, we handle every detail with care so families can focus on what matters most.

And yes… he finally moved so I could get the shot.

Not every transition needs trucks, timelines, and complex logistics. This one was about packing up a car, helping clear out a home, and making space for something more important: time together.

The SB SOS team supported this daughter in helping her dad relocate to the San Francisco area so they can share more lunches, more dinners, and more everyday moments. Less stress. More love.

New apartment, new adventures 🚽✨ After being inspired by high-tech Toto toilets in Japan, we found ourselves spending a solid 15 minutes with a client figuring out all the buttons—from bidet to flush to hot air 😂 It was equal parts hilarious and heartwarming, and a perfect reminder that at SB SOS, we’ll go to any lengths (yes, even bathroom tutorials) to make sure our clients feel comfortable, confident, and truly at home. ❤️
