UTI protocol🌱
UTIs can be a complex issue there are short-term and long-term ways of treating. Here we will look at the short term ways I want you to have tools in your toolbox so you can stay out of a doctor's office and away from taking antibiotics💪
Lets start here:
Lots of water (at least a gallon a day,) however I don't recommend just drinking plain water but instead mix your water with a whole food Vitamin C powder (such as Healthforce, mitolife, or camu camu powder,) fulvic / humic acid, or magnesium bicarbonate (link in bio.) You should be peeing a lot and it should be clear .
Cut out caffeine or chocolate which can be drying and irritating to the urethra.
Eat fat and protein as your main meals and cut carbs and sugar so there is no way for bacteria to grow
Also eat low oxalate foods. Avoid high oxalate foods like almonds and spinach. Much more about the problems with vaginal pain and urethra pain from oxalates in the patreon post
Supplement with organic hibiscus and d-mannose, you can get these at any health food store.
Chill out if you can, rest, and get plenty of sleep. We heal when we sleep.
I normally don't recommend taking liposomal vitamin C (because it can deplete your copper) for long-term use but in a short-term situation you can high dose some liposomal vitamin C.
Other immune system boosters like a zinc, copper, and selenium (selnoexcell) supplement will also be helpful.
