We were blessed with amazing food, meaningful conversations, and honest reflection on why we choose to stay sober — and how grateful we are to be alive and present today. After a long week of clinical work, gym sessions, meetings, and maintaining a balanced routine of eating and sleeping, it’s important for our clients to take a step back. A walk down the pier at sunset allows them to unwind, reflect, and appreciate the foundation being built for their sobriety. It’s a simple but meaningful way to close the week, reconnecting with themselves and the progress they’re making.
