Winter arrives as a quiet teacher 🌬️❄️ inviting us to soften into stillness, to listen more closely, to remember that rest is creation too. As nature turns inward, so do we, shedding what is no longer needed and tending the hidden roots of what’s to come.

These days open like a doorway, guiding us toward the unseen places of the spirit. It’s a time to nurture what sleeps beneath the surface, to honor the parts of us that are quietly waiting for light. In this tender pause, reflection becomes prayer, and dreaming becomes devotion.

A gentle reminder to rest, to dream, swim in imagination and to remember the beauty that lives inside silence. 🕯️🌌 As we prepare for the upcoming year of the Somatic Womb Path, we honor this sacred integration time as part of the arc of our journey.

Our waitlist for the 2026 Cohort of the Yang Fire Horse is already filling up. Feel free to join the list if you feel called to join us next year 💙

There is always something tender about reaching the end of a Somatic Womb Path cycle. A whole year of showing up to ourselves and to each other. A year of practicing vulnerability, attuning to the body, unraveling old patterns, and learning how to hold another human with more clarity and care.

By the time we reach Water, something in the collective field has softened. We know each other, we understand the places where fear lives and try our best to sit with it without collapsing. This final season always brings a deeper intimacy, with self, with the group, and with the mystery that moves through all of us.

Water asks us to descend.
To listen differently.
To enter the slow, quiet spaces that only open when we stop pushing and let ourselves be held.

Here’s to all the learnings, the tenderness, the resilience, and the quiet power that this cohort has held together. THANK YOU, WE LOVE YOU!

Water closes the circle, and it does so with depth, with softness, and with the wisdom of everything we’ve lived through this year. 🌀 The waitlist for our next cohort is now open. Link in bio!

We are made of Essence, this Essence is called Jing: the deep well that holds our vitality, our ancestry, and the blueprint of our potential.

Jing lives in the Kidney–Adrenal system, the Water element of the body. It’s our backup battery, our long-term savings account, the place our system draws from when life asks more of us than usual. When we’re depleted, overwhelmed, or living in survival mode, we pull from these reserves faster than we can restore them.

Menstrual blood is an expression of Jing. This is why our inner winter, our bleeding time, asks for slowness, warmth, and tending. And during the Earth’s Winter season, Jing naturally gathers and concentrates. The body invites us to simplify, conserve, and move with intention.

Water is connected to fear in the Five-Element map. Not just fear as an emotion, but fear as a survival imprint, the deep instinct that protects us, warns us, and remembers what has shaped us.

When fear has no container, it spills, overwhelms, or hardens us.
When held, it becomes wisdom.
Working with Water is learning how to hold fear with context instead of collapsing into it.

These are the foundations we explore in our final immersion of The Somatic Womb Path, Be Like Water: Integration & True Receiving, how Water responds to safety, how fear transforms when it’s held, and how to cultivate rooted practitioners who can hold others without draining their own wells.

🌀 THE SOMATIC WOMB PATH is a 9-month certification in East Asian Medicine, Somatics, and Embodied Neuroscience. We begin with tending our own body-practitioners, then expand into holding space for clients with clarity, presence, and cyclical attunement. The waitlist for our next cohort is open! Link in bio.

The Water element is our deepest reservoir. It governs the kidneys and bladder, our Jing reserves, our survival instincts, and the quiet places inside us that sense danger and safety before the mind has time to interpret anything at all. Water carries fear, wisdom, ancestry, and the power to endure, storing the impressions of everything we’ve lived through and everything our lineage has kept.

When Water is balanced, it moves with clarity and steadiness. When it’s strained, we can feel overwhelmed, hypervigilant, drained, or shaken by fears that don’t match the moment we’re in.

Understanding Water is understanding the roots of our survival responses, the ways our bodies remember what our minds have forgotten. Understanding Earth is understanding how we hold those responses with presence instead of collapse, offering the grounding, containment, and steadiness that help our inner waters settle and return to their natural flow.

Through the lens of East Asian Medicine, we understand Earth as the balancing force that guides all our internal elements, taking us on a journey of unity and peace.

Each season at Womb School, we gather for Office Hours, a live space where we bring our studies into practice, weaving case studies, soft skill development, and embodied business wisdom.

This morning, 💧 we embodied the Water Element in our Winter Office Hours, the last of 2025 💧 exploring what it means to root into flow and courage through uncertain times. The Water Archetype: The Artisan, invites us to trust the unseen currents, to create from stillness, and to let intuition guide the shape of what we bring into form, and the willingness to be changed by what we feel. 🪞💦

Our themes:
➰ Exploring how we hold ourselves and our businesses through times of uncertainty.
➰ Remembering the interwoven relationship between Yin & Yang, Fire & Water, Self & Collective.
➰ Navigating through fear and harnessing the Courageous Heart within our businesses.

Our flow:
〰️ A Moxa Pole Demo 💨
〰️ Building relationship to the Archetype of Water: The Artisan 🤲🏼
〰️ Honoring the wisdom and rooted magic of Water
〰️ Open Q&A + case study reflections
〰️ Closing in community

This is the heart of the Somatic Womb Path, living our learning through the elements, the body, and the collective field. 🐍✨ The 2026 Cohort Waitlist is now OPEN! Join us for the next cycle of deep study, somatic practice, and womb-centered healing. 🔗 Link in bio to learn more and sign up!

Our Jing is the seed of life itself, the well of vitality that fuels our hormonal, reproductive, and creative rhythms.

🌀 As one of our teachers here at Womb School, Dr. Kris González, shares, “The most damaging way to squander our Jing is living out of sync with nature.”

When we live aligned with the cycles, our breath, our blood, our seasons, we begin to replenish what modern life so easily drains. Our Jing reminds us that slowing down is how we remember who we are.

In our final workshop of The Somatic Womb Path 2025, Journey of Jing, we
✨ Explored Jing Essence & why it matters
✨ Revisited the Three Golden Opportunities
✨ Mapped our individual Jing Journeys
✨ Learned to protect and nourish our life force
✨ Demystified Inner Alchemy practices

This time of the year invites us to slow down and listen for the quieter rhythms beneath the surface. To trust the steady pulse of nature: the turning of Earth, the inhale and exhale of our wombs, the balancing of yin and yang within us. 🌗

We are learning to distill the essence, to release what is no longer needed, to root our clarity in integrity, and to remember pleasure as our birthright.

This is sacred timekeeping, where Earth’s wisdom meets the nervous system, and we remember that our bodies are not separate from the seasons. 🌿

If you’ve been feeling the call to deepen your practice, to live more in rhythm with your own inner cycles…

✨ Ancestral Threads 🧬 The Memory Keepers ✨

If the womb can hold memory of trauma and pain, what else does it remember? What else does it know?
The womb is not only a vessel for grief, but also for power, pleasure, creativity, and joy. Its capacity to both contain and release is a testament to our embodied wholeness and resilience.

🌱 When we tend to the womb, we tend to the threads of our lineages. We awaken what was passed from our mother’s womb, and her mother’s before her, remembering that healing is never separate from those who came before.

As we gather for The Wild Ecology of the Womb retreat at , we honor these memory keepers — the ancestors, the land, and the Indigenous peoples who tended it long before us. May we step gently, with reverence, weaving our healing into the tapestry that stretches both backward and forward in time.

Take a moment to settle into your body. As you arrive, invite awareness into your pelvic bowl, your womb space. Ask yourself: “What’s the weather here today?”

☀ Is it sunny and energized?
⚡ Is it electric and stormy?
❄ Is it quiet and snowy?

Your womb has its own landscape, its own shifting climate. Learning to notice and honor this is one way of tending the relationship with your body, just as we listen to the changing skies above us.

After years of cultivating our community and curriculum online, we are honored to finally welcome you in person to our first retreat: THE WILD ECOLOGY OF THE WOMB at .

Our days together will be filled with experiential practices — Heart–Womb Coherence, Somatic Pelvic Mapping, Attunement & Mirroring — as well as tangible womb-tending tools such as self womb massage, castor oil packs, pelvic steaming demos, acupressure, and learning to live in rhythm with the cycles.

There is a beauty in not being the same everyday, no living thing is. When we know how to work with rather than against this, we harness our dynamic power of adaptability and participate in the fluid dance of creation.

THE WOMB AS SPIRAL COMPASS

We are not connected to nature, we ARE nature. This is reflected quite directly in the seasonal phases that we move through in our menstrual cycles as well as the way we move through the life cycle phases of menarche, motherhood and menopause. At Womb School, we weave together our backgrounds in East Asian Medicine’s 5-Element Theory, Somatics and the Relational Nervous System to offer a holistic homecoming to your womb as compass.

This is a call to reclaim your cyclical nature. This map is our guide to the concentric circles that spiral us towards wholeness. ALL of who you are is included within the circle:

❄️ Your Winter Self (menstruation, menopause, new moon)
🌱 Your Spring Self (pre-ovulation, inner child, waxing moon)
🍒 Your Summer Self (ovulation, inner teen, full moon)
🥮 Your Autumn self (premenstruation, perimenopause, waning moon)

After years of cultivating our community and our curriculum online, we are so honored to finally welcome you to join us in-person, at our first retreat, The Wild Ecology of the Womb hosted at . Our days will be filled with experiential and transformative practices, such as Heart-Womb Coherence, Somatic Pelvic Mapping, Attunement & Mirroring as well as tangible, practical tools for embodied Womb-centric living such as Gentle Self Womb-Massage, Castor Oil Pack & Pelvic Steaming Demos, Acupressure and learning how to live in alignment with the cycles. 🌀🌗🌬

Over the past 5 years we have tended to our Womb School community through gathering with you online. This Fall, we finally get to come together in-person for our very first Womb School retreat!

Join us for The Wild Ecology of the Womb: An Embodied Immersion 🌺 October 10-13 at

The womb is an ecosystem, mirroring the Earth’s rhythms, seasons, and cycles. In these times of deep ecological and bodily upheaval, we gather to remember that we are nature and our wombs are microcosms of the Earth. As womb-bearers, we are living reflections of the Earth’s intelligence—sensitive, adaptive, and profoundly attuned to the unseen. Open to all who seek a deeper connection with the womb—whether physical or energetic—this retreat is an invitation to reclaim relationship to the womb as a site of ancestral memory, resilience and transformation.

Together we will:
🐚 Explore how trauma, pleasure, emotion, and memory shape our wombs, our bodies, and our kinship to the land.
🍒 Cultivate an embodied understanding of the womb’s seasons and hormonal fluidity.
🌊 Restore the rhythm of the nervous system to nurture the soft power, cyclical magic, and life force energy of the womb.
🦪 Experience somatic womb work practices to reconnect with your womb as a place of sanctuary, creativity, and vitality.
🌕 Learn traditional self-touch and womb-tending practices to resource in times of personal and collective challenge and change.
🌸 Attune to the heart-womb as a pathway of relational healing and emotional fluency.

We can’t wait to softly land together in the living landscape of the womb. Registration is currently open 〰 you can find all of the juicy details at the link in our bio.
