Santa Barbara Nutrients Welcomes Renowned Psychiatrist-Scientist Dr. Guido K.W. Frank to Advisory Board

Santa Barbara Nutrients (SBN), a science-driven company dedicated to advancing metabolic health solutions, recently announced the appointment of Dr. Guido K.W. Frank, MD to its Advisory Board. Dr. Frank will play a central role in advising SBN’s research strategy, especially in exploring metabolic therapies for mental health disorders.

Dr. Frank is a Professor of Psychiatry at UC San Diego. His research and clinical work spans more than three decades. He is a board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist, and he provides clinical care through the UC San Diego Health system, including the Child & Teen Psychiatry Program and the Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research, where he serves as Director of Psychiatry at the Medical Behavioral Unit at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego.
