What started just a few months ago with the exciting opening of our Goleta location has grown into something truly incredible. We’re proud to share that California Counseling Clinics has now expanded to five fully functional offices serving our communities! 🎉

With this growth, we continue to offer comprehensive psychological services. Our expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health care, and we remain dedicated to supporting the community. We continue to accept most major insurance plans to ensure care remains within reach.

Salary: Full time starting at $70,000 plus benefits
WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?
· Providing mental health services, with a focus on couple’s and family work
· Share your expertise in couples & family therapy with our clinicians, and learn from their specializations
· Develop a couple’s & family therapy program at our clinic with support from leadership
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
· A supportive team environment
· In house training events by specialists
· Flexibility to work remotely from home, or in office
· Staff appreciation events (Eg., in-office massages)
· Continuing Education Unit stipends
· Opportunities to develop a program of your interest
· Full Administrative Support
REQUIREMENTS
· Master’s degree from a CAMFT and/or AAMFT accredited program
· License of Marriage and Family Therapy in good standing with the CA BBS
· Ability to conduct therapy in another language is appreciated, but not required
· Certification or additional training in Gottman work is appreciated, but not required.
