I didn’t need more rules with food.
I needed a strategy that actually worked with my body.

Here are the 5 shifts that changed everything for me - and for the women I now teach inside the Nourished Reset:

1️⃣ I stopped chasing “perfect” eating and focused on steady energy instead.
Blood sugar balance > food rules

2️⃣ I started building meals to support my hormones and nervous system, not just calories.
