DASH would like to honor all Veterans on this special weekend.
My family spends this Saturday morning every year placing flags on those graves that have noted their service to our country. I enjoy reading who they were, where and when they served and which branch of service they were in. The cemetery provides flags for us to do this. My husband found a note still attached to one flag from last year that really touched my heart.
I am so thankful to live in this country. Thank you to all Veterans for all the freedoms we enjoy!

DASH joined the Housing Authority of Santa Barbara for their bi-monthly Happy Feet Walking Club. Today we walked from La Mesa park to Shoreline a gorgeous 2.8 mile round trip!
