When your mind gets stuck in what's wrong, try gently redirecting your attention toward what's working. Small shifts in attention create balance when negativity bias takes over, and your brain learns to notice the full picture instead of only problems.
Here's how:
1️⃣ Notice when you're in a spiral of frustration or stress. Don't judge it, just acknowledge it.
2️⃣ Now find one thing that's genuinely going well, even if small.
3️⃣ Hold that one positive thing in your mind for 10 full seconds.
