Our first cohort of the Nourished Reset is kicking off week 4 together!

We are meal prepping, resetting, doing our Daily Forecasts and setting ourselves up for a healthy and streamlined week.

This new program has been SO much fun and I’m so proud of the transformations that have been taking place. 💛

Sunday meal prep parties are starting soon! 🎉

My “Sunday Reset” is a key part of nourishing myself and my family as a working mom of 4. Our weeks are full and taking time to prep on Sunday makes all the difference during the week.

I’m so excited to finally open enrollment for my new nutrition program this week where we’ll all meal prepping supporting one another as we prioritize nutrition in a way that is realistic and sustainable. More details coming soon! 💛

Let’s talk weighted vests! ⬇️

Anytime I see something pick up quickly as a trend, I get a little skeptical. 🤨

I have mixed opinions and have been digging into the research and trying it out myself to write a blog post/podcast with best practices and to help you determine if it’s something worth adding into your routine.

So I’d love to know - what questions do you have about weighted vests?
