We love our community and the way it shows up for the wonderful local organizations like . Listening to families share their stories about how they have been supported is always so heart ❤️ filling! The need is so real and the profound effect this programming has for our local families has an undeniable benefit for our entire community. Programs for disabled individuals are seeing cuts from the federal level and it matters now more than ever for us to support them in every way we can. Here’s to all the volunteers out there making a difference!

How to Nominate us-

-sign in or create an account
-select the “sporting life” category and then select pilates studio
-write in “Aligned Pilates Studio” and press nominate button

New teachers in training! 3 of our young ladies from the studio have embarked on their Pilates comprehensive training with Polestar Pilates! They will be working diligently to learn all of the repertoire over their year long journey! Most importantly, they will learn how best to program and modify for each body that comes in front of them!
