I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans. All-or-Nothing Thinking
“If my body isn’t perfect, it’s unacceptable.”

Mental Filtering
Fixating on one “flaw” and ignoring everything else.

Mind Reading
“Everyone is judging my body.” (No evidence, just fear.)

Catastrophising
“If I gain weight, everything will fall apart.”

Comparison Distortion

Emotional Reasoning

Take a breath, goddess. I gotchyu!

Nothing is wrong with you by the way….it’s just that your nervous system is overwhelmed, scanning for threat, and doing what it was trained to do.

Try this one soft reframe:
“Neutral is enough today.”

You don’t have to feel positive or confident all the time.

You don’t have to love what you see.

You just get to be here — in a body that’s trying its best.

Take a slow exhale and choose the gentlest next step.
Drink some water. Step outside for 30 seconds. Loosen your jaw.

Remind your body:
“We’re safe. We’re okay. We can come back!”

If you didn’t grow up around steadiness, psychological safety can feel unfamiliar (even suspicious)!

But this is what healthy love looks like:

honesty without fear, repair after conflict, curiosity instead of criticism, and the reassurance that disagreement doesn’t jeopardize the relationship.

Conflict doesn’t break secure relationships;
….it strengthens them.

This is the kind of love your nervous system can finally exhale into.

The Quiet Universe Inside Her

🌘

There are days when the world
presses its cold thumb
against the softest part of her,
and she moves through rooms
as though underwater—
light fractured,
voices muffled,
her own name drifting
just out of reach.

She has carried this aching wisdom
like a fever under linen,
glowing so hot it nearly burns
through the fabric
meant to protect her.

And yet—
how strange for her to shine
and still go unseen;
to speak
and hear her words fall
into a well with no echo;
to ache in ways
no one else
seems able to recognize.

This is her paradox:
a mind full of galaxies,
a heart full of bruises,
and a soul that insists
on remaining soft
in a world that mistakes softness
for weakness.

She is both the storm
and the shore it breaks against—
beautiful, battered,
and tirelessly remade
by the tide
of her own becoming.

✨ For every woman who feels too much, knows too much, and still chooses softness.
