I work with you on Personal issues that may be affecting your daily life and progression. I have studied traditional psychology, and have trained under an ordained minster in metaphysics and spiritual counseling. What I have done is combine them all together, resulting in an effective refreshing way to work with you that is comfortable and non-intimidating. In some cases, I will combine this technique with therapeutic energy work, which helps release any bound energy that has accumulated over time, from various situations and has isolated into different muscle groups. I explain more in detail, what I do when we are one on one.

So I decided to pull some cards today to share with you and bring a message to everyone who is willing to receive it.

These cards are The Oracle of the 7 energies.

The message is, take a moment to feel the energies around your world or your surroundings. Taking a moment to look deep within yourself and how these energies are affecting you.

After doing so, find time to reflect and be in peace. Let go of any energies that are not supporting you in any way.

Connect your energies of body and soul. Bridge the gap that may be there. Envision in your minds eye, your energy bodies flowing as one.

And take time to reconnect and ground yourself to the Earth. Feel the bare ground under your feet or feel it with your hands.

Most of us get disconnected from these areas because we get wrapped up in every day life. We all need to take a moment to stop, relax and reconnect so we can have clear focus as we move forward.

Shocked to hear the news of Lisa Marie Presley's sudden death. What a lose to so many, especially her mother and children. May she find peace with her loved ones in the afterlife. My heart goes out to all who are affected by her departure.
