This the season to be very thankful for our volunteers and staff greeting residents and members or teaching classes. Some volunteers have been with us for more than 20 years😍 This is also the season when members bring in their home baked goodies to share, hence the 24 Days of Fitness challenge to burn off the extra calories! Happy Holidays.
