Three days ago I walked into Shen Tao Studio in NYC for the first time.

✨ I came to the first 2-hour (movement lab) class out of pure CURIOSITY.

✨ Then I stayed. For ANOTHER 4!
(2.5-hour kinesthetic-vipassana meditation + more.)

✨ YESTERDAY I was there from 6-10:30pm.
(traction bodywork lab + consulting + amazing traction-manual massage)

✨ TODAY I was there from 10:30am-1:30pm
• (brilliant movement lab)

(I actually changed my return ticket to CA, after the first day, so I could go back again!)
