When you experience energy-work for yourself firsthand, you discover how powerfully it can affect your health, wellness and recovery. I refer to my work as “intuitive coaching sessions” as my skill set provides an informational, educational as well as a rapid healing experience. I am pleased that my programs enable clients to practice preventive health maintenance, learn about their own energy patterns, and use energetic healing tools to create greater flow and expansion in all aspects of their lives. I began my practice specializing in the study of somatic therapy, (Kali Institute of Massage and Somatic Therapies) related to releasing emotions that get lodged in soft tissues of the body causing limited range of motion, mis-alignments and pain. Through this work I began to become aware of subtle energy coming off the body. But it wasn’t until my own body got sick that I actually picked up a book about self-healing; did the movements on myself and caused my migraine headache of 3 days to miraculously disappear. Intrigued enough, I booked a session with someone more skilled than I was. At that appointment, in a matter of 25 minutes all of my other symptoms had disappeared and more importantly my external circumstances hadn’t changed, but my level of inner quiet was surprising; I felt incredibly peaceful. It was in that moment, I decided to study more deeply this intriguing and rapidly growing field of energy-work; energy-healing and intuitive skill. Through the American Institute of Asian Studies, Master Choa Kok Sui (modern day founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga) guided me in harnessing and mastering my natural clairvoyant and clairsentient abilities, as well as delineated energy healing into a science, that was measurable in quantity and quality. I saw more potent results than I did in my previous work. Gradually, my clairvoyance was requested by more clients and my approach to wellness switched from being focused solely on the body and more widely to the area of the mind/body connection and teaching how to work with their potent life force or energy for healing, conflict resolution and swifter manifestation. This has resulted in a successful practice where clients feel huge shifts and are empowered to affect great change in their lives.

Wasn’t supposed to be at this event but the Universe sent a sign, so I had to follow. So glad I did! Dr Tara is bridging the gap between and science, so exciting and her story is quite moving! shows us the science of how we have the capacity to communicate with those on the other side. If you haven’t caught her interview on with Steven Bartlett, it’s a must see! 👍🏼A lot of us secretly believe in signs from the universe or lost loved ones, while the secular establishment tends to shun it. I’m a believer but not everyone is. Are you? If you’re a drop a “💗” and the last time you had a sign that changed your direction. If you’re not sure drop a 💙, to support her in spreading the word that we are all connected, that consciousness exists beyond the body, and that we are all more powerful than we give ourselves credit for.

Moving too fast will keep you from experiencing the love you are & from hearing your inner voice. This year was a practice of slowing down and taking life in differently. Making room for the new parts of me I am becoming. Still with slowing down, life delivered more rich experiences than I anticipated. Sometimes, slower is faster🤔I keep being surprised in good ways!

Holiday drama? Who hasn’t had the holidays bring up family stuff? Remembering that calm is power, should help you step out of old family narratives that can create struggle, division & distance at a time that’s calling for loving allowance & kindness. What can you do to let go of reactivity and maintain your calm?

:1) practice seeing the light in all beings, literally! Visualize an l.e.d. light inside their body and acknowledge that light.
:2) Mentally affirm to that light, “the light in me sees the light in you” several times while doing slow deep breathing.
:3)Visualize light blue energy flowing thru your body to calm and soothe your own emotions.
: Then just observe.👁
:Your now-moment is the place to claim your CALM, within you. It’s not outside of you. If you think it is, you’re just playing a losing game with yourself & the others in your “game”. When I step out of that game, I notice others having space to step out of it too, up-leveling themselves eventually….

Double tap if you love it when you’re in flow?💗 When there’s no inner resistance and you find yourself relaxing into your present moment?
What does being in flow feel like to you? A warm spring day; like a cozy hang by the fireplace; like an exhilarating fall into the the most perfect wave you’re surfing? Like a long day at work that leaves you knowing you’re meant to be doing what you do because you feel satisfied and fulfilled?

:If you love what you do then flow is easy to find and be in, but anyone can drop into it. Flow is a practice so here are some keys to being in flow, so you can transcend the inner resistances & have the life you desire.
:🌈🌟🧘🏻‍♀️🌟🌈
:1) Become aware of when you’re in inner resistance. We keep ourselves from flow because we’re addicted to our storylines…
:2) Slow your nervous system down with slow rhythmic breathing, it deattaches you from old narratives.
:3) Practice acceptance
:4) If you can’t practice acceptance, then practice forgiveness first
:5) Be curious “what need of a up for me”; “how can I ask for what I need without being judge mental or angry”; “what other perspectives can I take on this”?
:6) Trust & know that it’s all here for you: trust fosters receptivity.
:7) Activate the magnetic aspect of Flow by being grateful. Gratitude changes everything.🥰🤔🥳😍

Growing up I was conditioned to believe life was simply a matter of following certain rules or requirements that would lead me to success. The subconscious mind was something the culture I grew up in, felt scared about. Hypnosis, energy-work, spiritual philosophy & even clinical therapy was frowned upon; tools that could subvert my devotion to God, instead of seen for the valuable tools they are to help to illuminate the understanding of my self in relationship to my world.

:When my body got sick; I stumbled on energy healing; healed my migraine headache in less than 5 min. I was forced to look at everything from a new perspective.

:I learned that energy is palpable, malleable & subtle, but very potent. It opened me to new awarenesses at the subconscious levels. Are you aware of how potent and powerful your subconscious mind is & how it impacts your energetic flow & actions? Whatever world constructs your psyche built about yourself and the world, from infancy on, are the foundational pieces from which all your present realities & experiences have realized in form. :1) Train your subconscious by feeding yourself good thoughts. Affirmations work.
:2) Stop speaking negatively to yourself and others.
:3) Become aware of when you are doing that and say out loud, “cancel, erase, delete” so you direct your mind on how to think. If you the soul do not use your mind and direct it, then the wayward mind will use you and create havoc in your life.
:4) Practice stillness & meditate. It’s both freeing and strengthening to your brain & your mind.
