Growing up I was conditioned to believe life was simply a matter of following certain rules or requirements that would lead me to success. The subconscious mind was something the culture I grew up in, felt scared about. Hypnosis, energy-work, spiritual philosophy & even clinical therapy was frowned upon; tools that could subvert my devotion to God, instead of seen for the valuable tools they are to help to illuminate the understanding of my self in relationship to my world.

:1) Train your subconscious by feeding yourself good thoughts. Affirmations work.
:2) Stop speaking negatively to yourself and others.
:3) Become aware of when you are doing that and say out loud, “cancel, erase, delete” so you direct your mind on how to think. If you the soul do not use your mind and direct it, then the wayward mind will use you and create havoc in your life.
:4) Practice stillness & meditate. It’s both freeing and strengthening to your brain & your mind.
