Let’s talk about the wellness advice I’m professionally — and personally — opting out of. 👀
As a gut health and hormone health practitioner I’ve spent years studying what actually moves the needle for women’s health. And there’s a lot of noise out there right now. AI influencers selling supplements, trends that skip the root cause entirely, and advice that looks good on a reel but doesn’t hold up in real life.
This isn’t about being contrarian. It’s about asking better questions — about what you’re putting in your body, why you’re putting it there, and whether it’s actually serving your health or just your anxiety about your health.
You deserve more than a trend. You deserve to actually feel good.
