Pumpkin Spice Frozen Yogurt Bark 🎃✨
A healthy sweet treat that’s actually good for you — packed with superfoods, collagen, and cozy fall flavors. 🍁

Recipe:
🥣 2 cups plain Greek or coconut yogurt
🎃 ½–¾ cup pumpkin purée (use less for thinner yogurts)
🍁 1–2 Tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
🌿 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🌰 1 tsp cinnamon
🍨 1 tsp vanilla extract
💪🏼1–2 scoops unflavored collagen powder
🧂 Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings:
Chopped pecans, cashews, or walnuts
Mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Goji berries
Pumpkin, h**p, or sunflower seeds
Drizzle of melted almond butter or dark chocolate
Coarse sea salt

Directions:
1️⃣ Stir together yogurt, pumpkin, maple syrup, spices, vanilla, collagen, and salt until smooth.
2️⃣ Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (¼–½ inch thick).
3️⃣ Add toppings and freeze 4 hours or until solid.
4️⃣ Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.

Sweet, nourishing, and totally snack-worthy. 😋
