As we enter a season defined by gratitude and giving, we also recognize that many families are experiencing food insecurity. To help support those in need, our community is collecting non-perishable food items now through December 31. And thanks to Grace Management, Inc., every donation will be matched pound for pound (up to 100 pounds) to extend the impact even further.

Today we were treated to an incredible session in our Holiday Speaking Series led by our very own Health & Wellness Director, Carol Baird. 🌟

Carol shared practical tips and smart hacks for making healthier food choices during the holidays—without sacrificing joy or flavor. From mindful swaps to simple daily habits, she gave our residents tools they can start using right away to feel their best all season long.

We are truly lucky to have Carol as part of our Snow Canyon family. She provides personalized physical health assessments and partners with our residents to help them reach their wellness goals in a supportive, uplifting way. 💜
