This is the conclusion of a summary of 10 articles about the use of Photobiomodulation Therapy in the cases of Covid-19 that was published earlier this year. I will include the URL for the whole sutdy at the end of the post.

The use of photobiomodulation therapy, through the low-level laser, in the initial stage
of COVID-19, which can evolve to more severe stages, has been shown to be beneficial
in treating the disease complications. Clinical trials and studies with a larger sample
population are needed to confirm this approach, both in terms of prevention and treatment
assistance. Photobiomodulation is promising as an approach to COVID-19 because previous studies show its effectiveness, mainly in reducing inflammation levels, which may
favor the control of the exacerbated reaction caused by SARS-CoV-2, mainly in the lungs.

A startup called Kernal is trying to build brain-scanning helmets, said Ashlee Vance in Bloomberg Businessweek. For years, neuroscientists, computer scientists, and electrical engineers have hoped to "peer through the human skull outside of university or government labs."

Kernal's helmets are designed for researchers who want to analyze how the brain works in ordinary life, instead of a carefully calibrated environment.

Another version, Flux, measures electromagnetic activity, more like a traditional MRI.

Cutting room-size machines down to wearable size and tuning out extraneous signals, though, is a tall order. There are still plenty of skeptics -- 228 investors passed on the idea -- but Kernal has raised $110 million to bring its devices to market.
