At 4:03 pm on Friday Dec 19th, I received this email notification from the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a meeting today, Monday, at 10 am. That is exactly a **2-hour notification** for a stakeholder meeting to announce a major change to their policy and procedure for 'selecting'...

It's that time of year again...where some of us 'relish' getting together for the holidays, others of us wish we could go 'cold turkey' from the entire human race, particularly when we would prefer to knock the 'stuffing' out of our difficult family members.

Remember:

1) You can walk away. Use the bathroom, take a walk, help in the kitchen, whatever.

2) Breathe. Through your nose, and out your mouth. Intentionally. Feel the calm!
