This patient came to us after previously placed filler left uneven, hardened areas. Her main concern wasn’t “more” — it was structure.

We began by dissolving strategically, then rebuilt with intention.

Using three syringes placed across the midface, lateral cheek, chin, and a touch of piriform, we focused on restoring facial harmony — not adding volume for the sake of it.

When filler is placed thoughtfully:
• The under-eye appears more supported
• The lower face looks elongated and balanced
• The profile refines naturally
• Nothing looks overdone

Chin filler added projection and structure. A small amount of piriform support improved the nose-to-lip transition. Strategic midface placement softened heaviness and created a more awake, rested look.

The result: balanced, elongated, natural — never overfilled.
