Bad posture can cause headaches, back pain and reduced mobility. Make sure to roll your shoulders up back and down, gently draw your chin to align your head over your shoulders, and push hips to the back of your chair and keep feet flat on the floor.
Good posture supports your joints, improves digestion, boosts breathing, increases focus, and makes you look more confident.
Remember: Your posture is the foundation for how your body moves and feels—train it daily, and your future self will thank you!
