It’s probably not a “tight” IT band. 👀
Pain on the outside of your hip or thigh is usually caused by movement imbalances — not something you can fix with endless stretching.
Common drivers:
• Anterior pelvic tilt
• Weak glute medius
• Overactive TFL
• Poor core control
