Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their activities of daily needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include Companion care, Range of motion exercise, light housekeeping, Laundry, Meal planning and meal prep, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with the office. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm, 10 to 2 pm, 12:00 to 4:00 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm or 2 to 6 pm. And 10 to 6 Oxnard
These are part-time shifts.
Mission Hills 9-1 , M-F
SCV 11-4, TUE,WED,SAT
LANCASTER 11-5, M-F
OXNARD 10-6, M-TH & 9-1, M-F
SAN DIMAS 10-3, M, W,TH, F
Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Assist with mobility, walking, and Range of motion exercises
Meal prep and Light housekeeping
Monitor food intake
Provide Companion care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
First aid and CPR-certified
Basic computer skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work with limited supervision
Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Must be registered with the CA Home Care Registry (HCA)
Must have Live Scan
Have a current TB test result
Friendly and compassionate.
