Back to back lactation consults today, including a fl**ge fitting.
Did you know that most women are pumping with fl**ges that are waaaaayyyy too big? The ones that come with your pump only fit a very small percentage of women. The most common sizes in my practice are 13mm-16mm (NOT 24mm!!!)
The moms I saw today needed an 11mm and a 15mm.

Are you having pain with pumping? Not getting great output with your pump? Consider scheduling a fl**ge fitting with me where we will experiment with a bunch of different sizes to find what fits you best. It should NOT hurt to pump!
