My heart is full! 💕 January ‘KIDS in the KITCHEN’ weekly & monthly cooking classes have been amazing!!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Students made gluten-free, veggie & protein boosted egg sausage breakfast muffins, sliders/fries/lemonade, spaghetti, snack mix/water Infusions/protein balls….

🥄Homemade whipped cream, apple cinnamon jicama strips & we finish off next week with black bean brownies!

🥣Students got to learn nutrition basics 🥦gain confidence 💪🏽make a mess & clean up😉 develop practical kitchen skills 🔪 have SO MUCH fun together! 🎉

And thanks to being a vendor with 11 charter schools ✅

students of all ages/abilities can take my classes as an Elective.🍎

❤️Honored to be teaching these practical, simple skills to the next generation….

🫐Because THESE are the knowledge/skills that help boost energy, focus, sleep better, heal faster, play sports stronger, diminish disorders & prevent disease

(😔like I had - and after finally collapsing in front of my toddler 8 years ago, knew I had to make a change in my weight & health, or I wasn’t going to see my boys grow up)

& enjoy quality of life! 🙌🏽

🎉And just like that…. Michael turned 11 today!! He’s full of joy, has the best facial expressions & loves to play, build & create ✨ He values faith, family, friends, education & having LOTS of fun🥳

He embodies a zest for life & easily keeps us all smiling 😉

Praying blessings on his 11th year of life & grateful for each person who helped make today special for him🎈

Can’t wait to see what God has is store for him this year! 🙏🏽

🥳Where students have fun, gain confidence & socialize

🍝while learning hands-on cooking skills, nutrition basics, to eat healthy & try new foods

✨make a mess & clean up, develop practical kitchen skills & have fun together

(without parents needing to spend hours teaching or cleaning up a messy kitchen)

🏠in a relaxed, home-kitchen environment!

🙌🏽Honored to be teaching these practical, simple skills to the next generation….

🎄 ‘KIDS in the KITCHEN’ Christmas classes were so festive & fun! Turns out chocolate frosted candycane cupcakes & food art appetizers CAN be healthy!

🥕Students got to learn nutrition basics, gain confidence, make a mess & clean up 🧼 develop practical kitchen skills 🔪 have fun playing, cooking, laughing & talking together! 🎉

And thanks to being a charter school vendor with 11 schools….. students of all ages/abilities can take my classes.💪🏽

Because this knowledge can help boost confidence & socialization

🍪while learning hands-on cooking skills, nutrition basics & trying new foods

Such a fun LEGO robotics engineering season! Kids made it to the regional competition in Ventura, learned a new coding language (Python),

researched & presented on drone applications to archeology, played & made great memories together!

HUGE thanks to Coach Brad & Jeff! It was fun for me to help coach the speech preparation!

Grateful for the learning opportunity and time with friends!

🎄The Most Wonderful Time of the Year 🎄GO Jazz Big Band show was incredible!! Festive music, unique arrangements, tight harmonies, energetic syncopation & powerful vocalists.

Steve Lively thank you for inviting us. So grateful our boys got to hear such high quality, live music.😊
