Injury Institute is thrilled to have Phoenix Physical Therapy and Wellness sponsoring our 6th Annual Winter Wonderland! They are dedicated to helping you recover and thrive with a wide range of services and compassionate care.

Phoenix Physical Therapy and Wellness offers:

Specialized Treatments: Including Spinal Manipulation, Manual Therapy, Shockwave Machine treatment, Vestibular treatment, and High Power Laser Therapy (Class IV) for pain and inflammation.

Comprehensive Care: Expertise in Post-surgery cases (Arthroscopic and Total joint replacement), Post head injury cases for balance and coordination, TMJ treatment, Hand therapy, and care for Post Stroke patients.

Accessibility: They are Accepting PI & WC Liens and have staff who speak Farsi and Armenian.

Hours: Open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 8:30am-4pm.
