🌱 like Vitamin K1, K2 and magnesium are integral to maintaining bone strength. Micronutrients come from a balanced diet that includes fruits, veggies, fish (or other lean proteins) and dairy.
If maintaining a balanced diet is a challenge, supplements that are whole foods based can be a great option for getting in those extra micronutrients. I’ve been taking to help strengthen my bones after my fracture and healing is right on track.
