We’re excited to share some big news - DeWitt Physical Therapy is growing! As our community continues to thrive, we’re looking to add another exceptional full-time licensed Physical Therapist to our team.
DeWitt Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedic, spine, and sport physical therapy using a patient-centered, evidence-based model of care. Our practice is also home to CrossFit UP, our PT-owned CrossFit box attached to the clinic. Together, our vision is simple yet powerful: help our community feel better, move better, and perform better, while improving the rehab experience for both patients and PTs.
Our treatment team is composed of highly skilled practitioners, including DPTs and OCS-certified PTs, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, corrective and functional exercise, and comprehensive patient education. We offer 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions, with no aides or assistants, to ensure focused, one-on-one care and the best possible outcomes.
We’re fortunate to work with an incredibly active and motivated patient population - from CrossFitters and youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, to runners, surfers, mountain bikers, skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and so many others.
