Village Yoga has been providing a space for people to cultivate more love & gratitude in their lives through a yoga practice since 2001!! Amy & Sally opened the first HOT YOGA studio to Santa Cruz County and continue to share this amazing practice that has brought thousands of people healthy bodies and a deeper connection with self.

Village Yoga offers not only the original Hot Yoga series but also, Flow, Restorative, YogaBarre and Yin to provide you with a well rounded practice. We provide the therapeutic benefits of the heat through our INFARED HEATING panels. We find this heating to support your practice and body in sweating and healing. The panels provide a nice heat that may make it approachable to people who might be initially intimidated by the heat.

Our community is supportive and encouraging.
