Happy Spring Everyone! I know it's still raining but I do see an end in sight😀Thank God! Just wanted to get on here and let you know I am still here training/coaching people in Santa Cruz! I do in person training at Toadal Fitness on the westside, and am also still available for zoom training.

Happy New Year Fitness Community!:) Its been awhile since I've posted here but all is well and I am still here for you all. I am offering personal training/life coaching via zoom, in person at Toadal Fitness on the westside, and some outdoor training also.
I have New Years special which is 3 sessions for 225$

I know things have not started out the way some of us wanted this new year but I have faith that this year will get much better! And in the meantime lets focus on our health. That's what I am here for, my calling in this life to help support, inspire, and educate people with there health and wellness goals.

Its never too late to live your best life! Especailly during these challenging COVID times we need to take extreme self care measures ! Eating healthy, exercising our body and mind will keep our immune system strong. Its our best defense right now and will help us feel strong and empowered.

Happy Friday Fitness Community! I am super inspired today! Things are finally feeling somewhat normal again! Happy Spring my fitness community :) I sure have missed you all this past year. It has been a very rough year but finally there is light at the end of the tunnel. Happy New Year Fitness community! Sorry its taken me a few weeks, but as you know there has been a lot going on here in our country and the year hasn't started out as I had planned. But it is time re focus on our health and get back to balance. So yes! I am here and doing sessions! I am available for outdoor training, zoom, or back yard training.
