I can specially design workout sessions for groups of 2-10 people.
A smaller group size allows for more personal attention to specific needs, however a group dynamic allows for a more affordable rate, and the excitement of working out with friends, family members or colleagues.
I can also work with businesses interested in setting up bootcamp workouts for their employees.

Doing exercise and getting great results is about knowing your body and working with it to improve movement, strength, flexibility and equilibrium. Exercise not just involve the muscles, it is important to have a routine for your body and for your goals too.

My mission is to help a variety of people achieve their fitness goals by fusing the vast knowledge I have gained from all the different exercise and fitness experiences I have had sharing it directly with my clients in the privacy and comfort of my Private Fitness Studio.

I want to share with you one testimonial that explains how you can train with me to overcome injuries and get back into the activities you enjoy.

Cristiano is, by far, the best personal trainer I have ever had! He is incredibly knowledgeable, focused, very professional, patient, and encouraging. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the individualized attention he gives his clients. I have lived in different cities and worked with different personal trainers who helped me prepare for my first triathlon, marathon races, and thru-hiking and I can honestly say, you won't find another trainer with all of the qualities and experience Cristiano has. I learn a lot about biomechanics and good form every day we train and he's great at answering any questions. He knows a lot! Before I started training with Cristiano, I had a lot of hip and lower back pain and tightness that was keeping me from hiking. My primary care physician couldn't figure out what was wrong and his only recommendation was for me to take narcotics to mask the pain. Since I've been working with Cristiano, not only has he helped me understand what could be causing my hip and lower back problems, but I feel significantly better, my body is stronger and I have improved my form. I have not taken pain meds since. I am now working oversees and we continue to train through video! So he is willing to truly accommodate to your needs.
His studio is also impeccable! It's very nice, clean, and he has pretty much anything you would find in a gym. It's impressive. This vegetable🥬 oil exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory action, which reduces the muscle pain generated by intense training and accelerates recovery🏋️‍♀️.

Remember not to heat it to keep its antioxidant properties, when you bring it to a certain temperature, it loses its properties and can be harmful.

Always measure the ☝️recommended portion, because although it is a healthy food, it is also dense in calories (1 tablespoon contains approx 1️⃣1️⃣5️⃣ calories)
